Not a particularly "fantastic world" (contest requirement) beyond the unusual coloring. As an interesting image, I wish the the peacock's head and beak didn't blend so much into the background. Making the head and beak a silhouette (but perhaps with features still just barely discernable?) like the neck would be more dramatic IMO.

Nice lighting. Too bad that tree on the left obscures so much of the building and dominates that half of the photo. Perhaps a tighter crop, removing about half of it will help. since you can't really see the building behind it anyway.

Very interesting color abstract. The leaves add a nice touch.

You'd think with a serrated knife sitting right there, they wouldn't have to rip it open.

Really nice colors for this effect.

Don't know if you have darkened the image yet, but if you have it still needs to be a little darker to really make it stand out.

Looks great... but you might want to think about the "rule of thirds" and recrop if you can.

Shame you cut his feet off at the bottom. Nice color and focus, though.

I'd also change the camera angle to show off more of the bread, rather than the basket.

Love the subject matter but I'd try recropping the image to make the basket more centered. Normally I'd advocate against that sort of thing but with so little negative space on the right side of the basket it just looks...off. Also, I'd try darkening the exposure a bit and bringing up your lights in order to really make the basket "pop" off of the background. Hope this helps! All the best!

Wonderful focus, really like the choice of b&w. You may want to consider re-cropping so the nose isnt so close to the edge and we can get a greater sense of the nose profile and maybe crop the left side to just behind the eye.
