what MossyB said. however id say add a few shadows, darken the wood a bit to make somewhat realistic. and above all add a light source and put shadows. but the pearl's need to be made separate. while doing the shadows, make sure u get the shadows on the egg's too. they look like the light is from left and right which doesn't make sense to the eye.

the symmetry is fine however making one large might make this seem much more desirable.

Some very nice technique, but it seems a bit "flat," compositionally. Too symmetrical, with too much negative space at the top. Perhaps crop the top down a bit, move the eggs closer so they are more interactive, and maybe even rotate one over onto it's side.

As is, everything is so separated from everything else, it is too static.

Author, the guys ment to paint the shadows & highlights on your objects. Make a new layer o ntop of your object, make it a clipping mask set a lower oppacity, and paint with a soft brush using black & white so that it looks 3d, like this pin and this ball. Make sure the light on all objects comes from the same direction.

Also reflection of the right side pin is a bit wrong, but easy to fix.

Very nice idea author but demands a bit more work...Use big soft brush especially on the ball to create more realistic look and some 3D effect...select ball and on a new layer go around of the selection with big soft black brush...also with some white u could create some highlights...IMHO u should do the same on the pins too and create some space between them...sorry for the nagging...

hehehe.. cute idea author.. IMHO.. if you take a soft large brush and use the BURN TOOL, gently shade each side of the pins and ball.. it will give them a bit more depth and enhance the image.. love the fact you used the natural hole in the source to represent the finger holes.. good luck

Like what you did with the coaches.. Looks great, and I can see myself cruising the country side They do look very big in this background because this pic was taken from a far. Take the hay roll as a reference, for the size of the car, they seem close to it. GL author!

Unique idea. I'm assuming that there are a similar row of cabins facing the robots as well based on the reflections. I think I would have liked some softer shadow edges...but nice work, author!

The shadowcast should match the rolls of hay's cast = longer & darker. It's a nice idea.

It's actually hard to tell what they are in high res as well. In this res, it looks like I'm looking at funny looking crabs. I think it's the color of their heads that blend in too much.

it would look better if you tranformed the individual ants so that they didn't all look the same.
