The girls hair ends look a bit cut out. Try using the smudge tool with a small brush to pull wisps of hair color to simulate fine strands of hair. Just play with the settings till it looks right to you. It's a kinda tedious process but it's worth it.

OK Alan2641, I added another water layer on top, and played with the opacity and layer styles, but couldn't get it to look quite right, so I added a few beams with the pen tool, stroked with soft white, and gave them a blue-ish hue. I like it better, so thanks again for the tip!
