Haven't made an entry a long time. Today I had the time and courage to make one, this is what popped out of my mind.

First star to the right, straight on till morning...
-This is an different entry than the original because the original was really blurry.
-The starfish was used in the sky. I wanted to do a night sky with the source and did my best to manipulate the starfish in a way they'd blend naturally yet still maintain a sureal quality.

The pirate flag is by Dollieflesh
and the star light is by Sed-rah. I did get written permission which is included in the animated SBS

I was working on an animated SBS but it was too large I will upload it in a couple hours.
The ship wouldn't be transparent.
This isn't meant to be super realistic. Only the sails are transparent.

The idea is not bad, but I think without the filterwork I'd appreciate the entry more, Just my opinion though. Good luck!

I suppose the oars need a reflection on the hull. But it's a nice entry. 
nice idea and its never easy to make construction like this only from source image...good luck author
I agree with erathion, lots of time involved to get it done in 1 week. I have done a Viking ship from source only and know it's not easy.

Not bad but I think by way water looks that its far down from bridge. If you made beames in the water smaller scale it would look better plus add a little wet look where beame comes out of water because fast water curent would go up and down on it

this is a great idea! simple and effective. I would change the coloring of the water a bit, though, more shades of blue, to add realism

Nice dreamy and imaginative image. Hopefully it isn't too late to edit your image. There's a halo of white around the top main sail. See if you can edit that...that's the only thing I see fitting to be changed. Nice job, author!!
