This is a really beautiful composition! Not sure how you used some of your links you posted. I don't see them being used in your SBS. This isn't a problem...I was just curious. Really fantastic final result, author! Really like the shadow casted from the figure and the way you changed the coloring.

Looks more like a zombie than a depiction of a soul...
downoffthedragon i own the picture so if you go down and click on author's original picture it will show you it....
It is kind of supposed to depict something scary (like a zombie LOL) to show how deranged and damaged souls end up looking and how they cannot leave the earth.
