Thanks to Steve Ford Elliott for the nice stock photo of the goat.
The quality of the stock isn't that good.
It wasn't ease to make the same effect on the goat - it almost looks as a goat with cat fur (only the smudged part, of course).
I didn't add any background, to make the effect stand more clearly.
