Not sure I like the torch, but the rest is good.
Thank you for your suggestion CMYK46. I wasn't so happy with the torch placement, but due to perspective it had to be resting against the pedestal.

Then tried one with the torch in her hand. I like this one, but maybe it throws off the balance of the image? Makes it a little too "heavy" on the left IMO. https://preview.ibb.co/n6mJo6/new_torch_test.jpg
Decided to use George55's suggestion and put it on the right as you can see in the updated image.
The image looks good, probably making the head a little more green, like the rest of the body... and the torch, possibly pointing to the right.... you have a good space there to place it.... It is my suggestion.... Good job!
TY George55. I think this idea worked. I couldn't have it pointing more to the right or it wouldn't "connect" to the ground properly. Hope that makes sense. Also made her head more teal colored. This is the previous version for comparison. https://ibb.co/cyKcgR
