Nice composition but the masking needs some work. I had also preferred that you left some color in the sky.
Nice idea... but it doesn't seem like you would see the stars in front of the ocean... or... not have an ocean at all
my take on the reflection, late night in the north woods, no matter how windy you could always see starlight reflected in the water, because we had no light pollution from a city, I figured that would happen on a boat on the sea, I distorted and faded the reflection as much as possible to create the "Mocking" effect, which was the idea behind the title (this guy wants ot go diving and can't but the Milky Way has no problem stepping into the water)
