Where the HAND/Scissors meet the paper, a bit of burning and erasing might help with the realism. The index finger (second part of scissor blade) looks more cut off then behind the paper. and of course (IMHO)

and you are right i did make some changes hope to make it better because last time my photoshop force closed and i forgot to modify it again
