i duplicated the source, flipped it horizontally and masked out the unwanted parts with a gradient mask..after flattening the image i liquified the original head/bloat and the duplicate head pucker (5 years and 2517 days ago)

Ummm...last time I saw this it was a 2 headed monkey. Might be good to change the title, no?
(Personally I thought the 2 headed version was more believable. I don't see enough definition between the heads in this one).
