Interesting image. IMO the eye is too large. Good work on the skin tones. Please provide a link for the horns.
Good image. Maybe nudge the eye a bit to the left so it's centred over the nose and mouth.
I think nicehotcupoftea is right on about the need for the eye to be symmetrical -- as well as for crow's feet being balanced as well. But he does know how to work his uni-brow!
