Source 1, umbrella: The light comes from left, shadows on right. On your picture you have the umbrella like that and the girl you replace has totally opposite lights! To keep the umbrella's lights you had to change the girl's light to match it or vice-versa.

author says: Akassa, thank you very much for your advice, but I don't understand what you mean! please bear in mind that there are different umbrellas (the one of the man and the one of the girl), a dress made of a skirt and an arm which are from different sources, so I don't know which one is wrong! omg! I am going crazy!!
