Nice work here, i appreciate your idea and the attention to details - deserves a high score.
I don't completly agree with the motion blurr at 90 which creates the effect of floating or bounching pieces, but not scattering, shatter. In that case you should have different angles of motion blur to make it look like the pieces spread on impact.
Great entry none the less.
