I see that no-one comments so i would have to ask if do you need any feedback on how to improve, or you already know but can't really since you've lost the psd or smth?
Anyways, here's my opinion:
1. Background is blurry, a more clear source would do better.
2. Her right hand could use some change of hue to look more blended in the water.
3. Those are soap bubbles, water bubbles look more like this : http://www.elrst.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/water-bubbles.jpg
I know someone who just liquefied the soap B.-s and they looked good.
