Well, if he is signalling it's because the rescue is near! Some relief appears...
for such a rough sea, this man is far too dry..........not so real....and with his arms in the air like that, he would slip down through the ring very quickly...........lol

Nice idea just not realistic. Better sources would have helped like a guy who really looks like he's drowning. This guy looks like he just won the super bowl.
