Nice effect, but I would suggest trying different blend modes and/or opacity settings to get it looking more realistic. Would also benefit from better lassooing (is that a word?) - there are obvious straight lines around the multicoloured section.
your lip line is very harsh, I like the effect of b/w against color but it would be much nicer if it had a blend. try selecting your color layer and then doing a feather and blur, it will have an effect that is less harsh
