E.g. if you put the highlight on the upper left corner of her left eye, it should be in the upper left corner of her right eye, too. The highlights should be the same size, too. Other than that, I love the texture that you added to her face. Very cute. I'll hold my vote until you fix the highlights.

Not that I'd call this cute (seeing the message behind it), but well done put together. Your decision to use a filter can fit well with the concept, I'd recommend you to use that for èverything in the image, so also the highlight for the eyes (which is a total different style and imo not really part of the rest).
