cool idea, but the zipper looks like it was pasted on the belly.
you should probably keep just the metal part of the zipper imo
I think you need to work on the blending of the zipper, add a shadow and warp the shape to fit the stomach. good luck.

the zipper doesnt look unzipped
The zipper looks more a part of the belly than anything. The little alien thingy seems pasted on.
ummmmm you should maybe try making it a little believable lol..... a zipper on top of the image just doesnt fit it...
placing a gradient fil behind the fetus might help to give a feeling of depth... good luck
it looks like yoda lol... i suggest stretch the skin outwards around the zipper, might look more believable
