Clever take on the image! Maybe try softening the shadow between the string and the fruit, it looks a little strong. Good luck!
Watch some tutorials about "masking with channels" for example in this case I think you can mask with the "LAB COLOR MODE" (not perfect but most of the work is done. Better than manually it's a pain
