Gopan, in my native tongue, Running with Scissors is a saying of impending danger that can be easily rectified. Scissors are severely dangerous and running with them can get you hurt... I built this piece out of a pair of scissors and I wanted the viewer to want to KNOW what it was made out of.. there really isn't a need for the viewer to understand it.. just to appreciate the visual and let their mind pour out into different directions.. by your commenting I see your need for things to be explained..when you get rid of that NEED you will be surprised how much more of life you can appreciate at a freer level.. your need to live within the "Rules" is commendable ... but I hate to inform you.. we don't all have Amish Personalities.. it would be a very dull world indeed if we did.. it takes all kinds... the first rule of art is there are no rules Reply »
