Joke overheard in a Bar:
Man inherits a parrot from his Uncle. Upon arrival, the bird is verbally abusive and throws insults 24/7. The language is crude and filled with rancor and extremely loud that even the neighbors complain.
The man if very caring and gentle with the bird but it's verbal tirades do not curb and increase to insults about the man's mother and various things the bird would like to shove in the man's orifices.
After the bird says something about the man's wife, (very off color) the man loses it and grabs the bird and stuffs it into the family freezer.
When 10 minutes pass with total silence, the man begins to feel guilty and decides to release the bird. Opening the freezer to free the foul fowl the bird is very quiet and stares at him.
The bird takes a tentative step forward, gently grips the man's arm and locks eyes with the man and says:
"Greetings Sir, I most profusely apologize for my horrible language, totally inexcusable and I beg your forgiveness. From this moment on I will become the most agreeable creature you could ever wish for and once again, my profound remorse to you and your family for my initial faux pas. I was totally out of line and have learned from my mistake. I hope we can make this a great relationship."
The man is a bit flabbergasted but beams and accepts the apology.
The bird then moves up the man's arm and snuggles lovingly against the man's shoulder and moves his beak very close to the man's ear and whispers, "On a side note, What exactly did the chicken do?"
