The wings are misplaced, they look attached to his butt, and off to one side, rather than centered off the spine. It looks like there's a bird behind him, instead of him having wings.

Good idea, but make him stand out from his background.

i like the concept.

perhaps you can find some penguins that looked "proud" (looking upwards),
as if saying "you weirdo, low class...creature" or something.

There's some room for improvement though, the blending can be better and the parrots head looks a bit small compared to the rest of the body.

blending is ok. the head can be smaller and have to improve the "butt" (make it more pointy than lumpy)
