Unfortunately it seems I have run out of time and so can't finish this properly.
Feel free to point out the numerous problems but chances are I already realise they are there... The hat, hair and glasses look a little dodgy (to put it lightly) because I'm about as proficient at drawing from scratch in Photoshop as a mouse is at accountancy.
Also some of the photos were low res and scaled up to be used as templates... I just never got round to actually replacing them. As a result it's probably best that you don't view this at full size, it'll only upset the pros.
Anyway, I find the end result kind of amusing at least (though to be honest I should have just gone down the road and snapped a photo of the monstrous beast of a man in the kebab shop instead)... (5 years and 2831 days ago)

Wow as far as sbs goes yours is.......why bother. It does not show any working at all.
I figured most would only need to know how I achieved the dome as the rest is fairly basic.....obviously not
...... but thanks for making your point so eloquently.
The top of the dome has a very large dark stripe, which, when combined with the shadows from the fingers on the side, hurts your "dome shape," making it look like a little dome on top of a larger dome base...
The purpose of an SBS is to serve as a "mini-tutorial" on how you achieved the image, not just a portion of it, author. You need to remember that some of our members are VERY new to PS, and effects like the skin smudging and color adjustments you made might help them learn something new...
Thank you for including the SBS ... so many people don't bother but I was happy to get an idea of how you achieved the end result ... like the painted look on the man. Very well done!
