the transformation is not extraordinary, as work load, but the result is wonderful! i love it!

masking of the sign (background is showing through and edge of the post at the top) and the yellow boat (same reason) need work

Idea is really good. But as Alan says, the edges of the finish sign is evident. Masking is the best way to blend an image turning it more natural.
