The Kranji War Cemetery is the final resting place for Allied soldiers who perished during the Battle of Singapore and the subsequent Japanese occupation of the island from 1942–1945 and in other parts of Southeast Asia during World War II. There are 4,461 World War II casualties buried or commemorated at this cemetery, of which more than 850 of these are unidentified.

Pay and queue to get in and don't expect to find a table and seat unless you have reserved one.

Street corner found in the fascinating China Town district of Singapore. The street comes alive at night with glowing red lanterns and people of all background enjoying the amazing street foods on offer.
