I think this would have been better if the pinecone was more offset - ie using the rule of thirds for composition. But thats just my feeling. Having it central can also make more of a 'I'm here !' effect of the subject.

This is a very special place, I take so many photos but I could stay there for hours and never find that the photo was good enough for what my eyes were seeing. I would like to do better and better... well! As you can see a man over the rocks you can imagine the size of the waves. (5 years and 2276 days ago)

If you take attention to the photo more in the left side, it's a man ...so you can have an idea about the waves size. The rocks have around 25 - 30 meters hight.
