I would suggest centering the tree at least.
Have to agree with Jawshoewhah, and the tree looks tilted little bit.
Light and noise needs improvement...
unfortunately the background light is so blow out (direct sunlight) it's killing the rest of the shot. Quick tip, always try to get your shot with your light source more behind you.
