Its known as singhara/singhada/Indian water chestnut. Its native fruit of India which is mostly produced in south east asia.
I have been wondering from my childhood watching its shape which resemble to a cattle's head. Its thick covering and 2 spines are removed and eaten as raw or after boiling. It gives slight sweetish taste... :-) (5 years and 2730 days ago)

The phone is kinda lost in the berry's,but still a good composition!!!

Actually I wanted it turned on but no matter what I tried the screen was washed out or the berries were too dark

Did you try multi-segment light metering or just spot?
That calculates the luminance of different parts of the scene to determine the optimal exposure.

The leaves from the pineapple add such an artistic touch. It is truly edible art. (except for the leaves,of course) The back lighting illuminates through the fruit beautifully.

I see there a head of some fantastic animal with the plum being one eye, lime looks like a nose and pineapple slices as a jaw. Incredible edible work! =)
