This picture radiates beauty in a subtle manner. The tree is silhouetted against the gray sky and each individual berry and branch can be seen clearly. Love this picture, it's a very original capture of the Eiffel tower. The only suggestion I would like to give is to crop it to a square format for the upper right corner down to lower left. This way you will crop away the black in the upper left corner which is taking too much attention. Hope you know what I mean.. high vote from me anyway!
