Can see its for the contest,just needs lifting somehow,just wants a bit more oooomph.
I "ooooomphed" it with a glow filter (see all those fine white lines?)...and added more saturation. Put a texture on it too...ahhh sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I will re-visit this work of art to see what else I can do within the contest criteria. Thank you.

Think I ment that its a bit pastel looking and the colours needed to be stronger,you might agree or not
Agree, it is a bit pastel looking. Sometimes the softness of pastel soothes the beating heart. .......
