Lovely photo, but I feel more than 3 main colours.
Blue, red and yellow. Everything else is black or white. Perhaps I misunderstood about permitting solid versions of the same three basic colours rather than variegated shades occurring on the same object? Over-thinking or under-thinking, not sure which.
I have no power but I think various shades of the same color should be okay, such as your light blue, dark/navy blue and the blue water.
