I don't know if this is on theme, cause it's not an insect. But it really was buried in the earth!
I was in our vegetable garden, digging out the potatoes when I lift some soil and this precious thing was uncovered. I think it was annoyed and a bit dazzled at first, but finally it jumped away... and I didn't have the chance to kiss it!! :) (5 years and 2240 days ago)
