Is a tutu considered a dress?
Hi Wayne, for me it looks like a dress, if you think this picture is not where it belongs, please raise a red flag and the mods will have a saying! Thank you in advance!
Hi author. I would raise a red flag only if I am very sure. In this case, it's kind of a border line as wedding dresses which are not everyday wear but event specific, like a tutu which is performance specific, are allowed.
It is ok Wayne, sometimes if I feel that the picture doesn't belong, I red flag it and ask for clarification from the mods, it is fine with me really! Not what I see right means right sometimes people have different point of view, this is why I learn!

There is nothing in the theme that specifies it has to be an 'everyday' dress.
Looking at this photo I would say that the top an skirt are joined, which in my opinion makes it a dress.
