Nicely positioned, i like the colours again
but the blur seems a little but hard.
Shooting against a solid color works well for this piece. You do have some pretty harsh noise going on, though. I'd run it through a filter to correct this and resubmit. As it stands though this is a very nice piece that gets respect from me.

More focus on the bridge would have made this photo perfect but it does effect the photo. In other words, I agree with the above comments.
