Actually it depends on how you want to look at it, this is about modern arty. Yes, you need to give that blown out look a bit and at the same time to keep the subject's structure recognizable. I know its not everyone's cup of tea, thank you. Reply »

I don't think it's too blown out at all, the edge of the computer slowly falls off, and the detail is perfect in the focal points. This past semester in my lighting class we learned about this type of high key specifically. My professor explained that in this style the old rules get thrown out the window. He said that more and more product shots are leaning this way. It may not be for everyone but by the new standards that are being set, this is perfectly acceptable. Reply »

I like the shot, but think it is just a touch overexposed. Post-Modernism sucks!!! (I can say that... I'm a professor!)
