I'm guessing there were too many florecent lights and that is why your shot appears so blown out. I had a simular issue taking pictures of a tree in a hospital I was staying at last week and the florecent lighting made every picture blown out. I decided not to enter. Reply »

It's a little OOF (out of focus) and your highlights are a little blown, especially near the star, probably a result of the highting in the halls. A contrast adjustment may help. I'll hold my vote. Reply »
