Contest goal:
Written communication is the greatest innovation in human history. It was what allowed every other invention over time. In this theme, show us great shots of written communication. It could be pencil on paper, typing, texting, or whatever. The only catch is that it must be some type of content with text. Other things can be in the shot, but the text must be visible in the shot, so no shots of just a person writing, or looking at their phone etc.

Contest Moderator: Clarification... the writing needs to be something made by the human hand, not just something that has been printed. For example, a sign or billboard would be off theme. Grafitti on a billboard would be ok. ( 5 years and 623 days ago )
AshleyCantorBirnbaum: Hi, I was wondering if a book on an ipad with the reflection of a subway buildboard on the ipad would be okay for submissions. I know in needs to be something written by human hand so would the idea that the book was written by hand count even though it is not printed version?
