Contest Moderator: Symmetry is a fairly straightforward concept. As the description says... "Symmetry:
Exact correspondence of form and constituent configuration on opposite sides of a dividing line or plane or about a center or an axis." I will be looking at the main subject which is the focus of the shot, and imagine a dividing line going down the middle (or across etc.). There are two basic possibilities: the two halves are identical, or they are mirror images of each other. If there are significant items in the background, they would need to be balanced as well.
