This is the southern entrance to Nanaimo, BC, Canada. Shown at low tide, the automated light guides all types of vessels into this busy harbour. It is situated on (appropriately named) Protection Island. (5 years and 2647 days ago)

Situated near Taiwan 's southern sea,it is on almost every night time...what nonsense is this...so as to shine some light on sailors ,keeping them warm and safe from nearby boats or ships.THat is the purpose of lighthouse (5 years and 2640 days ago)
