Great composition, with the stairs leading to the empty blue sky area, and the buildings then providing the visual weight to bring the eye back to then go up the stairs again and again. Very enjoyable to look at!

Very nice color and contrast, but there is a slight downward tilt to the right that throws the visual balance off.

I would suggest using the top of the stairs as a horizontal perpendicular to "straighten" the perspective.
