Contest Moderator: Markets are not allowed, stalls are as long they are permanently based on the same location.
This means: someone selling food on the side of the street using a temporary (and/or move-able) set up is off theme, someone selling food from a permanent building type structure is on theme ( 5 years and 2802 days ago )
