Select the dress. Lace is partly transparent, so a great help will be refine edge tool.

It is mandatory to check "remove color" box inside the refine edge tool and to increase the efficiency of it, otherwise the lace will be greenish.

Move the dress to the target picture, scale and transform it to fit the model

Hands should be seen, so select them and copy to a new layer

Move hands with flowers to the desirable place, erase parts that should be hidden under the dress (40% eraser opacity)

Copy the dress from the source once more, flip it horizontally and transform to fit the second girl

I want the long hair to be seen, so make them visible by using archive brush (50% opacity)

Girls hate when someone wears same dress, so need to change the ribbon color. Select the ribbon and part of the dress, then go image - hue/saturation, make it red

Need to check the whole picture, use burn and dodge tools to make it look more real. One shoulder looks weird, so I will cover it with the lace

Original picture has grain effect, so do filters - grain with low numbers of size and intensity.
