I made the bar and then added some stools in front of it. Then I used the stools as base to make the lamps, to which I added a spotlight each.

This SBS will be short as I wrote a VERY long one, but it all got erased since the image was in .png format... :(

Then I added some glasses. I made them slightly transparent in a blue color, the beverage inside was made by laying some transparent yellow over the blue. I gave the spotlights a wavy noise to them to make the background effect and rendered it all with Ambient Occlusion and 8x AA in 1920x1080p. Tadaa!
