Masked the helicopter. Notice the blades are made opaque, I copied the rotors before lowering the opacity of them.

Applied some motion blur to the copies of the blades. Added more blur disk with brush and smudge tool.

Masked in the pilot.

Colorized the copter by extracting the part to change with the pen tool. Changed this layers Hue/Sat for the color.

Before masking the climber I traced with, a brush, the rope and shadows onto a separate layer. Then with layer mask, blended the climber into scene.

Added some different graphics to the helicopter. Used text and made the flag with pen tool and a filled background.

Once I got the composition like I wanted it I saved as JPEG. Then reopened this picture and Used the Filter>Stylize>Find Edges on it. This was brought back into my color render, this layer's blend is at multiply.

The canvas size of background was increased and filled with sample of it's contents. Smudge, Clone Stamp and Patch Tool used for blending.
