Liquify for the figure, and clone tool to erase the clothes.

Copy paste of the cloth, opacity to 60%, liquify.

After many cloth layers.

Brushes for the light and motion blur filter.

New layer with difference clouds. Colour correction. Also added the kiosk.

Crystallize filter for the kiosk's windows.

Colour correction of the kiosk, dodge and burn.

Added leaves (my own brushes).
