Render>clouds with white and blue
then selected half the layer and render>diff clouds

Elliptical marque > fill with green

Burned the edges of the circle and made another half black layer above all the work... then changed the layer's blend to soft light....

drew a few blades of grass with the pen tool and then added the gradient overlay to them.

Duplicated the layer>fliped it> then merged it... repeated the process till i had enough grass

Wrapped it up to form a semicircle...

Did the same for both sides of grass.... burned the darker side....

Ultimately drew the girl and birds with the pen... hair was made by strokin a few strands again with the pen....... also the draker area near the girl was dodged... :P
