Cubes(rectangles) placed around a spline first, then manually placed and moved a lot.

This is a big box and oval that are going to be used to boole off the extra at the bottom and the door.

To cover up the nasty edges I just put some big wooden pieces in the way :-p

Text with extrude for the name plate and placed on a fitted cube with rounded edges.

Placed a couple extra balloons and positioned them. they seem a bit off there but it works with the camera angle

Used the c4d r12 built in sky generator for the background, this also added in the lighting for me in the form of an infinite sun light.
