Main room created from a plane for the floor and a several boxes for the walls. The balcony is simple extrusions of the floor plane.

The chair was created from a cylinder. Which I chopped in half, then shaped with extrusions. I added a turbosmooth on the chair with 3 iterations, to create that modern deco feel.

The clock is a star spline with maximum distortion. The centre face is a simple cylinder and the hands are just boxes.

The drawers are a Ngon spline extruded then edges extruded to make the drawers. The vase is another Ngon spline extruded.

copied the chairs and the footstool. Created the rugs from simple boxes.

The lampshade and the sconces are made from an Ngon spline then a taper modifier added. The brass edges are the edges turned into shapes.

The sky is a dome with a 360 image on it. Lit by a single omni light.

The lighting is a standard interior rig. A target direct for the sun, and a Vray light for each of the panels on the patio doors.

This is the final scene before rendering.

The floor material was created in PS, using simple shapes and colours.

This is the bump map for the grout or joins between the floors tiles. The floor has Fresnel reflections on it, to imitate real world lighting.
