Flower cutouts taken.

Seperated different flower layers to color it.

Colored it with adjustment hue and saturation and layer blending option. Done similarly for all layers.

Likewise, did for 5 flowers.

Took flower bud cutout for pot.

Made stem and branches using hard brush. Used dodge and burn to give depth. Added flowers and pot.

Created a background using filters and cloud filter, threshold, gaussian blurssss and zoom blur.

Added background to flowers.

Meanwhile, I had changed the flowers to watercolor by duplicating it into 3 layers and using filter-cutout, filter-airbrush and filter-distort-median. Also gave each layer luminosity, screen and softlight option respectively. I tried different combination and few worked.
