Using my own photo, I flipped it horizontally. Then I croppd out the pole and tilted it to the left, insinuating it was hit. Then I add my stop sign source.

I adjust the contrast

I select quick selection tool and remove the lettering with healing brush.

After finding a suitable font, I add gausian blur to blend better.
step 6 of 7
I duplicate the "whatever" layer and invert the color and then add a heavy Gaussian Blur to the background. This gives the lettering more depth.

bend the pole and flip a couple signs and a licence plate around since i already flipped the whole image.
